1. Admission
2. Preparation of Allocation of Subjects , Time table - theory and practical classes

4. conduct of classes - class-in-charge- Attendance and Unit test marks - Sending of progress report to parents - Monitoring
5. Extra curricular activities - Local visits -In-plant Training arrangement - Conduct of symposiums , Personality Development courses etc.
6. Conduct of University Examination - Result declaration by University.

 
Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs / improvements

1. All the faculty members prepare notes of lessons for each unit and give Xerox copies to students.
2. Faculty solve about five years university question papers and give the same to students
3. Regular Unit tests and one model examination are conducted.
4. Faculty are involved to enhance the skill-sets of students by conducting

  a. Communication Development classes.
b. Objective type of tests for attending interviews
c. Group Discussion classes
d. Interview technique etc. One extra hour per week is allotted for the above

Several of the students are from rural side

  a. Students are attending extra classes for theory and practical in the evening hours
b. They are enthusiastic in improving their skill-sets and soft skills.

Mechanism / Norms & Procedure for democratic / good Governance

1. Any student can meet Principal, Director or HOD at any time and tell their grievances and the same is rectified by authorities.

2. Grievance boxes are placed to receive the grievance letters which are rectified then and there.

3. Counseling of students are done by the class counsellers in respect of their problems including personal problems.

Student Feedback on Institutional Governance / faculty performance

Class committee meeting are conducted. The problems faced by the students are noted down and before next meeting, efforts are taken to solve their problem.

Faculty performance reports are discussed in class committee meetings, concerned staff is intimated about his/her short falls and they are guided to rectify themselves by senior faculty.

Grievance redresssal mechanism for faculty, staff and students.
